Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Atlinks websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it updated.
Acceptable use

- Violate law or infringe others’ rights;
- Send spam, deceptive messages, or harassing content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users’ use of it;
- Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful code.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Atlinks a license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license for your content.
Fan communications
If you use SMS, email, or similar features, you are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and carrier rules (including consent, disclosures, and opt-out handling where required). Templates and tools we provide are for convenience only and do not constitute legal advice.
Fees and third parties
Certain features may require payment. Fees, taxes, and billing terms are presented at checkout or in your account. The Service may integrate with third-party providers (including payment processors); their terms may also apply.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLINKS AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS, IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT A CAP, THEN TO THE MINIMUM EXTENT REQUIRED BY LAW.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Atlinks and its affiliates, officers, and employees against third-party claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as appropriate (for example, by posting an updated version on this page). Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where applicable law requires a different forum.
